The video is a product of Why The Mask, one may infer an association with a protest group working to expose Scientology.

The Church of Scientology On July 5th, shut down pedestrian access on Sunset Blvd and Fountain Ave, fearing that their special event would be picketed. Local residents and hospital visitors were often denied access to the sidewalk, particularly if they showed any interest in the protest.
