Michael Alfinez, 18, arrested for his creation intented to entertain

Death By Entertainment Video produced by Jeremiah Films concerns the effects on people who watch entertainment. Watching what is happening to entertainment more and more often disturbing images and actions based on reality. Perhaps people are becoming numb to fictional cruelty and violence, and need something more disturbing.

There seems to be a new trend of people commiting crimes to post on Youtube.

Marie Huertas, 85 and senile, abuse is reported on World Net Daily ... parents of the two teenages who exploited the grandmother characterizing the whole incident as a joke.

The arrest report indicates when an officer met with Huertas to assess her mental state, she told him the date was February 1908. She initially said she had been showing off in the production, but later indicated she did not even know what a video was.

"There were times when Huertas appeared lucid and there were other times she was unable to answer basic questions posed to her," the report says. Huertas' doctor told police the elderly woman "does not have the capacity to consent."

According to his (creators) arrest report, Alfinez admitted his grandmother is not in good health and often repeats herself.

"A mask was placed over her head and she was made to handle firearms and make outrageous statements against law enforcement. When she saw the video, she was shocked," sheriff's spokesman Paul Miller told NBC affiliate WPTV.

Alfinez is seen with two other men in the video taking turns firing shots from a moving car with the same gun. Police identified the other players as Christopher Garcia, 18, and Corey Lunford, 19.
