- Prop 8 does not affect rights
- The problem with the courts conclusion is that marriage is a right of two people who are in love. The court does not have control of what comes out of pandora's box. If it is the right of two men to get married because they are in love then it is not fair to not allow to brothers that are in love. The court can not do due diligent research on an issue and write status that have the necessary restrictions of good law. All the court can do is strike down laws. Prop 8 is needed to define marriage, after the court said marriage , as it has been, is unconstitutional.
